Céline seeks experienced Collection Manager for Jewelry and Hair Accessories in Paris. Lead product lifecycle and team in luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and structure the Jewelry and Hair Accessories collection in alignment with strategic objectives, market needs, and brand positioning
- Develop detailed product briefs for the Design studio and Industrial Development teams, incorporating technical, aesthetic, and commercial specifications
- Ensure collection coherence and balance across styles, price points, and market segments
- Elaborate and present product briefs for showrooms
- Establish and manage pricing and margin strategy across the entire collection while maintaining product profitability
- Analyze collection performance and propose strategic adjustments based on market data
- Collaborate closely with Studio and Industrial Development on product development initiatives
- Work with Retail Merchandising to structure the offer and establish sales forecasts
- Partner with Marketing and Communications (360) on launch strategy development
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on product launches and inventory management
- Engage with Business Planning on sales forecasting and performance analysis
- Supervise and mentor a team of two Product Managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in merchandising or product management within the jewelry, fashion, or accessories sector
- Diploma equivalent to Bac+5 from a business school, fashion school, or related institution
- Excellent knowledge of the jewelry and accessories market, including current trends and key industry players
- Mastery of collection management and reporting tools
- Strong product sensibility and creative sensitivity
- Demonstrated ability to structure and pilot complex projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional team collaboration
- Keen business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in merchandising or product management within the jewelry, fashion, or accessories sectors. Candidate should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management and proven success in collection development within a luxury environment.
Education
