Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage codes necessary for model development and track development status across all phases
  • Update collection tracking documents and PLM systems daily with current model evolution and workshop shapes
  • Coordinate and schedule fittings and various development stages; anticipate planning needs across departments
  • Record and maintain fabric-to-sketch information and material requirements in all systems
  • Monitor material needs, identify potential shortages or blocking issues, and alert relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare and consolidate information necessary for each development stage and validation meetings
  • Take notes during sessions with the Artistic Director and Studio teams; formalize and transmit decisions and information
  • Track and coordinate prototype and sample movements between departments
  • Manage and monitor alterations identified during show preparation; track looks and prepare exit lists
  • Prepare models for presentation and showroom requirements; track and address conformity issues
  • Centralize requests from Collection Merchandising teams and liaise with developers
  • Prepare reference pieces for industrialization meetings and various validation stages
  • Facilitate communication between design, development, and production teams; ensure smooth information transmission for industrialization
  • Contribute to standardization and compliance of models before production launch

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Development or Coordination within ready-to-wear
  • Strong technical vocabulary and comprehensive knowledge of garment construction terminology
  • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in demanding, fast-paced environments
  • Fluent French language proficiency
