Celine seeks Collection Coordinator (Ready-to-Wear) in Paris to manage cross-functional development and production workflows.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage development model codes and PLM documentation
  • Update collection tracking systems and PLM daily with model progression data and shape status
  • Schedule and organize fittings, prototype reviews, and development milestones
  • Record and transmit Fabric to Sketch information and maintain material requirements tracking
  • Monitor material availability and alert stakeholders to potential shortages or bottlenecks
  • Prepare and consolidate information for all development stages and validation meetings
  • Take notes during artistic director and studio sessions and formalize decisions
  • Coordinate prototype and sample movements across departments
  • Track alterations and manage non-conformities identified during fitting and showroom preparation
  • Compile and centralize merchandising team requests and coordinate with developers
  • Prepare reference pieces for industrialization reviews
  • Facilitate information flow between design, development, and production teams
  • Ensure model compliance and standardization prior to production handoff

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in ready-to-wear development or coordination
  • Strong technical vocabulary and understanding of garment construction
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in demanding, fast-paced environments
  • Fluent French language proficiency
