Céline seeks a Collection Coordination Assistant for a six-month internship in Paris, supporting ready-to-wear coordination from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Codify and ensure accurate updates of model information in the PLM system, including model sheets, measurements, fitting notes, and sketch updates
- Maintain daily collection support materials including collection overviews, fabric color treatments on sketches, model sheets, and fabric swatch boards
- Enter and track fabric-to-sketch assignments and material allocations
- Monitor product dispatch throughout the collection cycle, including vintage pieces, prototypes, and collection iterations
- Plan and coordinate fittings with product developers and workshops, managing calendars and model bookings
- Support model fittings by taking notes, preparing fitting rooms and dressing areas, and welcoming models
- Assist with alteration management and preparation of models for the showroom following runway shows
- Prepare reference models for normalization meetings
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the PAP collection coordination team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus one additional year (BAC+4/5) in fashion design, luxury fashion business, or equivalent university education
- Minimum six months' experience in ready-to-wear or a related sector, ideally in coordination or PAP product development
- Strong affinity for ready-to-wear design and production
- Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, meticulousness, organizational skills, adaptability, and discretion
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus
- Knowledge of PLM systems and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is advantageous

Experience
Minimum six months' practical experience in ready-to-wear production, product coordination, or design development. Relevant internship or entry-level experience in PAP coordination, product development, or design support strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree plus one additional year (BAC+4/5) in fashion design, fashion business, luxury brand management, or equivalent university-level qualification.
