Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all network events in collaboration with the Clienteling team, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines and regional strategy.
- Support the execution of the animation strategy, implementing events in partnership with regional and central teams, and overseeing logistical tasks.
- Build and analyze reporting to understand performance against objectives at regional, store, and client advisor levels.
- Track inventory, materials, and samples, creating post-event recaps and archiving event photos and communication tools.
- Ensure continuous benchmarking of competitors on relevant client experience topics.
- Support the retail team in offering personalized experiences for customers and organizing client treatments during high-end events.
- Manage the stock of gifts according to occasions and in-store/out-store animations.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities on various client experience topics.
Qualifications
- Must be an active student in the NYC area.
- Keen on Clienteling/CRM experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment.
- Strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
- Team player with a passion for field/stores.
- Responsibility for timeline deliverables.
- Analytical skills with an ability to translate results into actionable insights.
- Confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration and excitement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment.
Education
Must be an active student in the NYC area.
