CELINE in Paris seeks a Clienteling Project Coordinator (Apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026 to support Europe & Middle East CRM and clienteling projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the central Clienteling team in the coordination and delivery of Europe & Middle East clienteling initiatives and CRM projects.
- Co-manage a split assignment between VIC & In‑Store Management (2 days/week) and the Clienteling Project Manager (3 days/week).
- Coordinate the worldwide action plan and liaise with regional teams to align local execution and targets.
- Produce and update monthly KPI tracking and action plans; ensure accuracy and presentation quality of all shared information.
- Assist regional managers with daily operational issues and follow up on related action items.
- Monitor budgets and deliver ad‑hoc competitive analyses to inform local and central strategies.
- Structure and document central guidelines by action type to standardise execution across markets.
- Support digital CRM projects: synchronise stakeholders (internal teams and external vendors), assist in user acceptance testing, prepare internal communications and training materials, and help regional teams at launch.
- Create regular reports on the usage and performance of implemented digital tools.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) from a business school or university, preferably with a marketing specialisation.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational rigour, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, responsiveness and ability to work across multicultural teams.
- Previous internship or experience in project management, CRM or digital projects is a strong advantage.
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion, clienteling practices and CRM technologies.

Early-career (apprenticeship) role. Prior internships or 6–12 months of experience in project coordination, CRM, retail operations or digital marketing projects are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level studies) in a business school or equivalent university degree with a marketing focus.
