CELINE — New York: Client Services Advisor to manage omni-channel client requests and sales; hourly pay $24–$26.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison by responding to client enquiries across phone, email, chat and social media, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Provide personalised product advice and styling recommendations based on deep knowledge of CELINE categories and iconic pieces.
- Process and support online orders, fulfilment and returns; assist in meeting revenue and sales objectives.
- Manage and resolve client complaints, claims and escalations with professionalism and timely follow-up.
- Support operational tasks including fraud review, ASQ claims, refund processing and maintenance of accurate client records in compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with retail and North America Retail Excellence teams to ensure consistency of client experience across stores and digital channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in customer service or retail; experience in luxury retail is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable client-centric approach with a proven ability to deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner; polished and professional presence that translates across channels.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive client situations with discretion.
- Flexible availability including weekends and variable hours to support omni-channel operations.
- Comfortable with standard business software and point-of-sale systems; ability to learn proprietary CRM/OMS platforms quickly.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are advantageous.

Minimum three years of professional experience in customer service or retail environments; prior luxury retail or client-facing experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, hospitality or fashion is a plus.
