CELINE — Client Service Advisor in New York (hybrid). Full‑time role handling omni‑channel client service, sales support and operational case management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client enquiries across phone, email, chat and social media, ensuring timely, accurate responses in an omni‑channel context
  • Provide personalized product advice and clienteling across CELINE’s categories, leveraging in‑depth knowledge of iconic models and leather goods
  • Support online order processing, fulfilment queries and revenue objectives through proactive sales support and follow‑up
  • Handle and resolve client complaints, claims and service issues (digital and in‑store) while preserving brand standards
  • Execute operational tasks such as fraud review, ASQ claims handling and refund processing in accordance with company policies
  • Adhere to company golden rules, data protection and client file management standards to deliver a seamless omni‑channel experience
  • Collaborate with the North America Retail Excellence team and escalate complex cases to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of customer service or retail experience; luxury retail experience is a strong plus
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of market and product trends
  • Client‑centric mindset with proven ability to deliver exceptional service and commercial outcomes
  • Solution‑oriented, proactive attitude with a polished, professional telephone manner
  • Flexible availability including weekends to support omni‑channel operating hours
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional retail teams
  • Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are preferred
