Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
- Communicate store events to existing and potential customers.
- Assist in stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness.
- Support merchandising of new arrivals and in-store events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and product displays.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with preference given to candidates with retail and luxury industry backgrounds.
