CELINE is hiring a Client Advisor in Venice (temporary, full‑time) to deliver luxury client service, achieve sales targets and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the boutique and create a comfortable, refined environment for every visit.
- Advise customers with expertise in product features and brand heritage; tell the story behind each item to enhance perceived value.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to the achievement of collective store objectives through proactive client engagement and cross‑selling.
- Develop and nurture privileged, long‑term client relationships to support retention and repeat business.
- Execute daily store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after‑sales service and inventory control.
- Adhere strictly to internal procedures, loss‑prevention rules and brand standards.
- Support the Maison’s digital initiatives and leverage digital tools to enhance the client experience and sales conversion.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand by embodying CELINE’s spirit, creativity and sense of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector (boutique or premium retail preferred).
- Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
- High product and fashion sensitivity with demonstrable knowledge of leather goods and accessory categories.
- Proven ability to understand clients’ needs and deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences.
- Demonstrated teamwork, resilience in a fast‑paced environment and a target‑driven mindset.
- Professional demeanour, empathy, curiosity, optimism and strong interpersonal communication.
- Availability for full‑time work (40 hours per week) and immediate start preferred.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' proven experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sectors, ideally in boutique environments with responsibility for clienteling, achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or qualifications in fashion, luxury retail or merchandising is a plus.
