CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Venice (temporary, full-time 40h). Join the Maison to provide luxury client service in Italian and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and deliver a highly personalised luxury retail experience that reflects the Maison’s standards.
- Drive retail sales by advising customers, storytelling the product heritage and proposing complementary items to maximise conversion and basket value.
- Build and maintain privileged, long-term relationships with clientele to support retention and loyalty.
- Contribute to store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, inventory management and after‑sales service.
- Comply with internal procedures, loss‑prevention and cash handling guidelines.
- Support the digital evolution of the house by using online tools and contributing to omnichannel clienteling.
- Act as a brand ambassador, endorsing CELINE’s spirit through creativity, professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail (or equivalent).
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an ability to translate product knowledge into client recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: service-oriented, empathetic, curious, optimistic and team-focused.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to upsell and meet sales objectives.
- Availability to work on-site in Venice on a full-time 40-hour schedule and to start promptly.

Experience
At least 3 years of direct selling experience within the fashion or luxury sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales objectives and proven client relationship management in a boutique environment.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in fashion/retail or related studies preferred.
