The Client Advisor at CELINE’s Holt Renfrew Vancouver location drives individual and store sales, develops client relationships, and supports daily store operations. The role is permanent and full-time; base compensation ranges from CAD 23.00 to CAD 26.00, depending on relevant skills and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Use product knowledge throughout the sales process to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Comply with all company policies.
- Capture relevant customer information for entry into the database.
- Promote store events by email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, and other client-related issues.
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining the store image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.
- A client book is strongly preferred.
- Desire to work in retail, with a focus on sales.
