Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Apply comprehensive product knowledge throughout the sales process to maximize transaction value and units sold
- Capture and manage relevant customer information in the database system
- Maintain and expand an active client book through consistent follow-up and personalized outreach
- Promote store events through email, phone calls, and personalized correspondence
- Manage shipping, alterations, and post-sale client support issues
- Assist with store housekeeping, visual presentation, and inventory control
- Support shipping, receiving, and stock management activities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a client book
- Computer literacy and proficiency with multiple software platforms
