Role & Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales volume and transaction value
• Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database
• Promote store events through email, telephone, and personalized client outreach
• Maintain and expand an active client book with consistent follow-up on orders, alterations, and customer issues
• Adhere to all company policies and maintain store standards
• Assist with general housekeeping, store maintenance, and presentation
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities as required

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting
• Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a personal client book
• Strong computer literacy with the capacity to learn various software platforms
• Passionate appreciation for luxury design and craftsmanship
• Exceptional customer service orientation and sales acumen
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate

Skills

Experience

Minimum three years in a retail sales environment, preferably within the luxury sector. Experience building and managing a personal client book is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or hospitality qualification advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 24 per hour.
