Client Advisor at Céline, Holt Renfrew Vancouver | Luxury retail sales, CAD $26–$29/hr, permanent full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Leverage product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain customer information in the client database
- Develop, maintain, and expand a personalized client book
- Promote store events through email, telephone, and personalized communications
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alterations, and other client-related matters
- Assist with general housekeeping and store maintenance to uphold the brand image
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a client book
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn various software platforms
- Passion for luxury products with an appreciation for design aesthetic
