CELINE seeks a Part‑time Client Advisor at Holt Renfrew Vancouver — hourly $23–$25 CAD; clienteling and luxury retail sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including consignment objectives, through proactive selling and client development.
- Deliver personalised clienteling: expand and maintain a client book, capture and update customer data, and conduct sustained follow‑up on shipping, alterations, and service issues.
- Integrate detailed product knowledge into the sales process to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Promote store events and private client appointments via email, phone and handwritten notes.
- Support in‑store operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and merchandising to preserve the boutique image.
- Contribute to store housekeeping and visual standards to reflect the maison’s aesthetic and luxury positioning.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in a retail environment with a demonstrable focus on sales; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Existing client book preferred and demonstrable track record of client acquisition and retention.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and use retail software and CRM systems.
- Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury product and design.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment, with proven success meeting sales targets and developing a client book.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail, visual merchandising or related fields considered an asset.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 25 per hour.
