Céline Client Advisor position in Toronto – full-time luxury retail role at Holt Renfrew Bloor St. with sales targets and client management focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
- Promote store events and new collections via email, telephone, and personalized client communications
- Develop, maintain, and systematically expand a personal client book
- Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, and service-related matters
- Assist with general store maintenance and visual presentation
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures as required
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience with a strong focus on sales, preferably in a luxury goods environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a client book
- Proficiency with retail software and general computer systems
- Genuine appreciation for luxury design and craftsmanship
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years in a retail sales environment, preferably within the luxury sector. Experience managing a personal client book is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
