Celine seeks a Client Advisor for its Toronto Yorkdale boutique. Drive luxury sales with expert product knowledge and personalized client service in an on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
  • Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
  • Capture and maintain client information in the customer database for relationship management
  • Develop and expand an active client book through consistent engagement and personalized outreach
  • Promote store events via email, phone communications, and personalized correspondence
  • Follow up diligently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, and all service-related issues
  • Maintain store image through housekeeping, visual presentation, and retail standards
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an active client book
  • Proficiency with computer systems and various retail software packages
  • Strong service orientation with a client-focused mindset
  • Passion for luxury products and authentic appreciation for design excellence
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Fluency in foreign languages is preferred
