Celine Client Advisor position in Toronto. Full-time, on-site luxury retail role at Holt Renfrew Bloor Street with competitive compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate product knowledge strategically in the sales process to maximize sales volume, units sold per transaction, and transaction value
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
- Capture and enter relevant customer information into the client database
- Promote store events through email, phone outreach, and personalized correspondence
- Maintain and expand a personal client book to foster long-term relationships
- Provide consistent follow-up on shipping, alterations, and client-related service matters
- Assist in store housekeeping and maintenance of the retail environment
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a demonstrated focus on sales, preferably in a luxury goods environment
- Existing client book strongly preferred
- Advanced computer proficiency with ability to learn and operate multiple software platforms
- Fluency in English; additional languages a distinct advantage
- Service-oriented mindset with strong customer-centric approach
- Passion for luxury products and demonstrated appreciation for design aesthetics
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with emphasis on sales achievement, ideally within the luxury sector. Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages required. Prior experience maintaining and leveraging a personal client book is strongly valued.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business, fashion merchandising, or related disciplines is a plus.
