CELINE is hiring a Client Advisor in Toronto (Yorkdale) — full-time retail role at CELINE with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals through proactive selling and client development.
- Integrate deep product knowledge into the sales process to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Build, maintain and expand a client book; capture and update client data in the CRM or database.
- Proactively promote store events and client outreach via email, phone and personalised notes.
- Provide high-touch follow-up on shipping, alterations and any client service issues to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support store image and housekeeping standards and assist with visual presentation as required.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory-control processes when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets; candidates with an established client book strongly preferred.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various retail software packages and CRM systems.
- Service-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience with a strong focus on sales; prior luxury retail experience and an existing client book strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, merchandising or a related field is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 24 per hour.
