Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions at the cashier counter.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding store events.
- Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor cleaning.
- Assist with merchandising new arrivals and in-store events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
- Enforce safety, health, and security protocols.
