CELINE Client Advisor position in Singapore – full-time luxury retail role with focus on sales, client relations, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by demonstrating strong commercial acumen and comprehensive product knowledge of CELINE's collections
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations, utilizing cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Deliver exceptional client experience through welcoming, advising, and providing unparalleled service that ensures memorable interactions
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized clienteling, cultivating loyalty and driving repeat purchases
- Foster a positive team spirit by collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Serve as a CELINE ambassador by embodying the Maison's values and sharing the rich heritage and stories behind the brand's products
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation to uphold CELINE's elegant and sophisticated image

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience within the fashion or luxury industry
