CELINE — Client Advisor (Full-time) in Singapore. Join the Marina Bay Sands / Ngee Ann City team to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets through a disciplined, commercial approach and thorough product knowledge.
- Proactively engage clients to identify needs, deliver personalised advice and apply cross-selling to maximise revenue per client.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships via tailored clienteling and consistent follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
- Act as a CELINE ambassador, communicating the Maison’s heritage and product stories to deepen client engagement.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues, sharing best practices and supporting collective goals.
- Uphold operational excellence by following internal procedures, compliance requirements and store standards.
- Maintain exemplary personal presentation and ensure visual merchandising standards are respected to reflect the brand image.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in sales, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Deep passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of CELINE’s product range and brand identity.
- Client-centric orientation with demonstrated ability to deliver elevated service and build lasting relationships.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to meet sales objectives and employ effective cross-selling strategies.
- High standards of professionalism, discretion and ethical conduct with strict respect for compliance and corporate policies.
- Adaptability, initiative, curiosity and strong interpersonal skills.
