Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives by providing exceptional customer service.
- Offer solutions to customers and maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions at the cashier counter.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding store events.
- Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor cleanliness.

Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
- Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
