Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clientele.
- Maximize sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee transactions at the cashier counter.
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential clients regarding store events.
- Assist in stock management, replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Support merchandising of new arrivals and visual merchandising displays.
- Contribute to the execution of in-store events.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with retail or luxury industry experience.
Education
College degree or higher.
