Celine seeks a Client Advisor at Nordstrom Seattle. Full-time luxury retail sales role, $22–$27/hr, benefits included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Leverage product knowledge to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the client database
- Promote store events through email, telephone, and personalized client communications
- Build and consistently expand a comprehensive client book
- Follow up proactively on shipping, alterations, and other client-related matters
- Maintain store visual presentation and contribute to general store housekeeping
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Existing client book strongly preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with various retail software packages
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for sophisticated design
- Strong service orientation and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail sales setting, with preference for luxury retail experience. Candidates with an established client book are strongly preferred. Proficiency with retail software systems and customer database platforms is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further training in luxury retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
