Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize transaction value and units sold
- Capture and maintain all relevant customer information in the database
- Develop and expand a personalized client book with consistent follow-up
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized client outreach
- Manage all client-related issues including shipping, alterations, and post-sale support
- Maintain store appearance and contribute to general housekeeping
- Support inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations as required
- Adhere to all company policies and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales
- Preferred experience in a luxury retail environment
- Existing client book highly preferred
- Computer literacy and ability to learn multiple software platforms
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
