Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction values.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Follow up consistently with clients regarding shipping, alterations, or other issues.

Qualifications
