Celine is hiring a permanent, full-time Client Advisor at its Fashion Valley store in San Diego. The role focuses on sales targets, product-led client service, client-book development and store operations; base compensation is $23–$26 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Use product knowledge throughout the sales process to maximize sales, units per transaction and transaction value.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Capture relevant customer information for entry into the database.
- Promote store events by email, phone and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alterations and other client-related issues.
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining the store image.
- Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Candidates with existing client books are strongly preferred.
- Desire to work in a retail setting focused on sales.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
