Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail clients
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Process transactions at the cashier counter
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing and prospective customers regarding store events and promotions
- Assist with stock inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and sales floor maintenance
- Support merchandise arrival and storage operations
- Contribute to in-store event execution
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the store
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience
- Retail industry background preferred
- Luxury brand experience a distinct advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in additional languages valued
- Strong fashion sense and aesthetic awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
