CELINE Client Advisor — Puerto Banus, Spain (temporary, full‑time). Boutique role delivering luxury client experiences and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and advise clients in‑store, delivering personalised luxury service and product storytelling to build long‑term relationships.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to collective commercial targets through proactive cross‑selling and upselling.
- Manage daily boutique operations: visual merchandising, restocking, stock transfers, inventory control and after‑sales service.
- Adhere to and enforce internal procedures, loss‑prevention and compliance guidelines.
- Support the maison’s digital initiatives and adopt brand tools that enhance the client journey.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying CELINE’s aesthetic, service standards and creative spirit.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury goods.
- High product and fashion sensitivity with strong knowledge of leather goods and accessory categories.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; an additional language is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, teamwork mindset, curiosity and commercial drive.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fashion or the luxury sector, with boutique or high‑end retail exposure preferred.
Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Puerto Banus, Catalonia, Spain, with easy access to Málaga.
