Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clientele.
• Maximize sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
• Communicate store events to existing and potential customers.
• Assist in stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness.
• Support merchandising of new arrivals.
• Participate in the organization of in-store events.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with retail or luxury industry experience.
