Céline Client Advisor, part-time position at Saks Fifth Avenue New York. Luxury retail sales role starting $22–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize transaction value and units per transaction
- Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database
- Maintain and actively expand a personal client book through relationship management
- Promote store events via email, telephone, and personalized correspondence
- Provide consistent follow-up on shipping, alterations, and client-related issues
- Assist with store housekeeping and maintenance of the retail environment
- Support inventory control and shipping/receiving operations as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods
- Established client book strongly preferred
- Computer literacy and ability to learn multiple software platforms
- Service-oriented mindset with demonstrated customer focus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires
