CELINE Client Advisor position at Saks Fifth Avenue, New York. Luxury retail sales role seeking experienced professional with client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize transaction value and units sold
- Capture and maintain client information in the customer database to build and expand a personal client book
- Promote store events through email, phone communication, and personalized correspondence
- Provide consistent follow-up on shipping, alterations, and other client-related matters
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain professional standards
- Assist in general store housekeeping and maintenance of retail presentation
- Support inventory control, receiving, and shipping operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in a luxury setting
- Established client book or proven ability to build and maintain a personal customer base
- Computer proficiency and demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various software systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail sales environment with a focus on luxury goods. Candidates with an existing client book are strongly preferred.
