CÉLINE seeks an experienced Client Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York to drive luxury sales and build client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize transaction value and units per sale
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the client database system
- Develop, maintain, and systematically expand a personal client book through proactive relationship management
- Promote store events and new collections through email, telephone outreach, and personalized correspondence
- Provide consistent follow-up on shipping, alterations, and customer-related inquiries
- Adhere to all company policies and brand standards
- Support inventory control, shipping and receiving operations as requested
- Maintain store presentation and general housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment
- Demonstrated success building and managing a client book
- Passion for luxury products with a discerning appreciation for design and craftsmanship
- Proficiency with retail management software and POS systems
- Customer-focused service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail sales setting, preferably within the luxury sector. Experience with client book development and management is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with computer systems and various retail software packages.
