Celine is seeking a Client Advisor in Nashville to achieve sales and consignment goals, build client relationships, and support store operations. The permanent, full-time role requires at least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Use product knowledge throughout the sales process to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies.
- Capture relevant customer information for entry into the database.
- Promote store events by email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, and other client-related issues.
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintain the store image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years in a retail setting, focused on sales and preferably in a luxury setting.
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Candidates with existing client books are strongly preferred.
- Desire to work in a retail setting focused on sales.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
