Céline Nanjing seeks Client Advisor for luxury retail boutique. Full-time, competitive salary negotiable. Fluent Mandarin required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Execute sales transactions and maximize revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving concerns with tact and discretion
- Process transactions at the point-of-sale and manage cashier procedures
- Conduct follow-up outreach to existing and prospective clients regarding store events and new collections
- Support inventory management activities including stock-taking, replenishment, and merchandise receipt
- Maintain and enhance visual merchandising displays and store presentation standards
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotional activities
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the boutique environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury goods
- Tertiary education (college degree or equivalent)
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Strong fashion sense and awareness of current trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor appropriate to luxury retail

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience is required. Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion is preferred. Candidates with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and sales environments will be prioritized.
