CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Nanjing, China — full‑time retail role delivering exceptional client service and supporting merchandising and events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised level of customer service to achieve and exceed store sales objectives.
- Proactively identify client needs and maximise revenue through cross‑selling and upselling.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, both in person and by telephone.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions and follow up on cashier activities.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to existing and prospective clients to communicate store events and initiatives.
- Support stock management activities including receiving new arrivals, stock‑taking, replenishment and maintaining the sales floor.
- Assist with in‑store events, visual merchandising and product display to ensure brand presentation standards.
- Adhere strictly to store health, safety and security procedures.
Qualifications
- College diploma (associate degree) or above.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; retail experience preferred; experience in the luxury sector is an advantage.
- Energetic, service‑oriented and able to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team.
- Tactful and professional customer handling with strong communication skills.
- Good fashion sensibility and the ability to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational tasks.
- Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Minimum one year of relevant experience; prior retail experience preferred and experience within the luxury goods sector considered a strong asset.
Education
College diploma (associate degree) or higher.
