CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Milan (La Rinascente) — temporary full‑time boutique role requiring 2+ years' luxury retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients in boutique, ensuring an elevated and comfortable client experience.
- Drive sales and contribute to the achievement of store targets through proactive selling and suggestive merchandising.
- Convey the Maison’s product story and brand expertise to clients to build informed, lasting relationships.
- Perform store operational tasks including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers and inventory management.
- Provide after‑sales service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to internal procedures and brand guidelines while acting as an ambassador of the brand spirit.
- Support the store’s digital evolution and use digital tools to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' sales experience in fashion or the luxury sector, or equivalent retail experience.
- Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a strong advantage.
- Strong product and fashion sensibility with demonstrable knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
- Exceptional client‑service orientation, empathy and the ability to build privileged client relationships.
- Team player with a taste for challenge, creativity, discretion and respect for operational procedures.
- Flexible availability to work full‑time, 40 hours per week, and to start as soon as possible.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of direct sales experience within fashion or luxury retail; experience at a department store boutique (e.g., La Rinascente) or brand boutique is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, luxury retail or a related field preferred.
