Céline seeks an experienced Client Advisor for its new Bal Harbour boutique (Fall 2026) in Miami, Florida. Luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Apply product knowledge strategically to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client information in the database
- Develop and expand a personal client book through relationship building and follow-up
- Promote store events via email, telephone, and personalized correspondence
- Ensure consistent follow-up on shipping, alterations, and client-related inquiries
- Support general store housekeeping and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management as required
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with demonstrated sales focus, preferably in luxury
- Existing client book strongly preferred
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn multiple software packages
- Passion for luxury products with a genuine appreciation for design
- Service-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail environment with emphasis on sales, preferably within the luxury sector. Computer literacy and demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various software platforms required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail management, or related field is a plus.
