Celine Client Advisor position in Miami Design District, Florida. Full-time luxury retail sales role with focus on client management and sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Leverage deep product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
- Build, maintain, and expand a dedicated client book
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized correspondence
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alterations, and client-related issues
- Assist with store housekeeping and maintenance of boutique image standards
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience
- Existing client book strongly preferred
- Demonstrated passion for luxury products and design
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn and utilize various software programs
- Strong service orientation and customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or luxury sales environment, with demonstrated success in building and managing a client book.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or luxury retail certification preferred.
