CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Miami Design District — full‑time luxury retail role focused on sales, clienteling and boutique presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives.
- Integrate detailed product knowledge into the sales process to maximise units and average transaction value.
- Build, maintain and expand a personal client book; proactively prospect and nurture long‑term client relationships.
- Capture accurate customer data and ensure timely entry into the client database/CRM.
- Promote store events and client initiatives via personalized outreach (email, phone and notes).
- Coordinate with clients and operations on shipping, alterations and post‑sale follow up.
- Support merchandising, housekeeping and the visual presentation of the boutique to maintain brand standards.
- Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory control processes as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven client book strongly preferred.
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, ideally in luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrable sales orientation with a track record of meeting targets.
- Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design and craftsmanship.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM, POS and other retail systems.
- Exceptional service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Additional languages considered an asset.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods, with proven ability to manage a client book and consistently achieve sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework or a degree in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
