Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
  • Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the client database
  • Develop and expand a personalized client book through consistent engagement
  • Promote store events via email, telephone, and personalized correspondence
  • Follow up diligently on all customer matters including shipping, alterations, and service requests
  • Maintain exemplary store presentation and housekeeping standards
  • Support inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations as required
  • Comply fully with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales or luxury client services experience
  • Existing client book strongly preferred
