CELINE seeks a Part-Time Client Advisor for its Aventura store opening (Fall 2026) in McLean, Virginia. Luxury retail sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize transaction value and units sold per transaction
- Capture and maintain all relevant customer information in the database
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized client communications
- Maintain and actively expand a personal client book
- Provide consistent follow-up on shipping, alterations, and customer service issues
- Assist with general store housekeeping and visual merchandising maintenance
- Support inventory control and shipping/receiving operations as requested
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with emphasis on sales
- Experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred
- Existing client book preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with retail software systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong service orientation and customer-focused mindset
