Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and a strong commercial mindset.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships via personalised clienteling, follow-up and loyalty-building activities.
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke client experience on the sales floor, advising on product selection and coordinating complementary purchases.
- Support day-to-day store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers, inventory control and after‑sales service.
- Represent CELINE’s image and heritage: present products with compelling storytelling and maintain impeccable personal and visual standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and contribute to collective performance and store initiatives.
- Adhere to internal procedures and compliance standards to ensure operational excellence and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluency in English and working proficiency in French; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
- Strong knowledge of leather goods and high-end fashion product categories, with the ability to convey product craftsmanship and heritage.
- Availability and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and customer confidentiality.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience within fashion or luxury retail, with a proven ability to achieve targets and manage high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury brand management is preferred.
