Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through personalised client engagement and strategic cross-selling.
- Welcome, advise and build long-term relationships with clients using tailored clienteling techniques and product storytelling.
- Support day-to-day store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, inventory control and after-sales service.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing market knowledge, participating in store initiatives and supporting colleagues to reach collective goals.
- Uphold brand standards and compliance, ensuring impeccable personal presentation and maintaining the Maison’s image in every client interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail (boutique, department store or concession environments).
- Deep knowledge of luxury leather goods, fashion heritage and product craftsmanship; an ability to communicate brand stories convincingly.
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French preferred; additional languages advantageous.
- Proven commercial orientation, initiative, adaptability and strong ethical standards.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct sales experience within the fashion or luxury sectors, with a demonstrable track record of meeting targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury fashion is desirable.
