CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Madrid (El Corte Inglés) — full-time luxury retail role delivering exceptional client service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients at the CELINE concession in El Corte Inglés, ensuring a discreet, personalized and high-standard client experience.
- Drive sales and contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain privileged, long‑term relationships with clients to support retention and clienteling activities.
- Communicate the craftsmanship, story and expertise behind CELINE products to enhance perceived value and conversion.
- Support daily store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after‑sales service and inventory management.
- Adhere to internal procedures, standards and loss‑prevention policies while representing the CELINE spirit with creativity and excellence.
- Contribute to the brand’s digital evolution by supporting omnichannel customer interactions and in‑store digital tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or luxury goods.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is an advantage.
- High sensitivity to product and fashion trends with demonstrable knowledge of luxury leather goods.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to read client needs and propose complementary solutions.
- Team spirit, resilience under pressure, natural curiosity, optimism and empathy.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales within the fashion or luxury sector, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or luxury management preferred.
