CELINE seeks a Client Advisor (Full‑time) for Harrods, London to drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and a commercially driven approach.
- Proactively engage clients to understand needs, offer tailored recommendations and execute effective cross-selling to maximise lifetime value.
- Deliver personalised client journeys and maintain long-term client relationships through diligent clienteling and after-sales care.
- Contribute to store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers, inventory control and compliance with internal procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador by communicating CELINE’s heritage and product stories, and maintaining impeccable personal presentation and shop standards.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues to reach collective objectives and sustain a positive workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail with demonstrable commercial results.
- Fluency in English and working proficiency in French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of luxury leather goods, fashion product categories and contemporary brand positioning.
- Client-centric orientation with proven clienteling, relationship-building and after-sales service skills.
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility for compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Adaptability, initiative, curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced boutique environment.
