Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive business development and expert product knowledge.
  • Engage clients proactively to understand needs, deliver personalised recommendations and employ cross-selling to maximise lifetime value.
  • Deliver an exemplary, bespoke client experience through attentive clienteling, follow-up and after-sales care to cultivate long-term loyalty.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues to meet collective objectives and sustain high morale.
  • Support store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, stock transfers, restocking and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by embodying CELINE’s values, communicating product stories and maintaining impeccable personal presentation and store image.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail (flagship or department store experience advantageous).
  • Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in French; additional languages are an asset.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills with a client-centric mindset and capacity to build long-term relationships.
  • Strong commercial orientation, initiative and ability to meet measurable targets.
  • Excellent presentation, discretion and a strong ethical approach to compliance and client confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, peak periods and events.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience within fashion or luxury retail, with proven success in client development and meeting sales targets.

Education

No formal degree required; retail or luxury sales training and certifications are advantageous.
