Celine seeks a Client Advisor at The Mall (Leccio, Italy) — temporary full‑time retail role delivering luxury client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients on product selection, ensuring an exceptional, personalized customer experience and comfort in the boutique environment.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achievement of store targets by proactively proposing complementary products and up‑selling where appropriate.
- Convey the Maison’s product stories and expertise, demonstrating high product and fashion sensitivity for leather goods and accessories.
- Develop and maintain privileged, long‑term client relationships to support client retention and recruitment initiatives.
- Participate in daily store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after‑sales service and inventory management.
- Adhere strictly to internal procedures and guidelines and act as an ambassador for Celine’s brand spirit, creativity and standards of excellence.
- Support the digital evolution of the store by adopting and promoting relevant digital tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail sales within the fashion or luxury sector (or equivalent).
- Fluent in Italian and English; an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable product knowledge and strong fashion sensitivity, particularly in leather goods and accessories.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver a high level of service; commercial mindset with a taste for challenge.
- Collaborative team player with optimism, curiosity, empathy and a strong sense of service.
- Available for a full‑time, 40‑hour schedule and able to work on‑site at The Mall outlet in Leccio; availability to start in June preferred.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience in the fashion or luxury sector, with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering high‑level client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury sectors preferred.

The role is situated in Leccio, Tuscany, Italy — conveniently close to Florence.
